Land, capital and companies:three pillars, one method.
Tellus Brasil structures agribusiness wealth on three fronts: strategic rural assets, funding and debt restructuring, and M&A. Off-market transactions, full due diligence and institutional discretion. Our perspective comes from partners who are, first and foremost, long-time farmers: it was by buying, selling and financing their own land that they came to know the weaknesses of this market from the inside, and decided to do things differently. Tellus does not interpret agribusiness from a distance; it lives within it.
Tellus Brasil is a wealth advisory boutique. We analyze land, credit structures, rural debt and agribusiness companies for everything that bears on a transaction: legal, land tenure, production, environmental, subsurface, financial, accounting, reputational and strategic factors.

Who we are
Tellus Brasil knows agribusiness from the inside.
We combine agrarian law, field experience and the financial discipline of international auditing. We have bought, sold and managed our own farms, grown grain, run large-scale forestry operations, audited corporate groups and led major groups in senior executive roles. Our analysis comes from that practice.
We serve domestic and international investors who see Brazilian land as a strategic asset; farmers and agribusiness groups seeking capital or restructuring debt; and companies and families in corporate transactions and succession planning. All of them want advice from people who know the sector through their own experience.
Whether in rural assets, funding and debt restructuring or agribusiness M&A, every Tellus Brasil transaction goes through the same three stages: intelligence, execution and consolidation.
Full assessment before any decision.
Using a deductive method, we examine the subject of each mandate in full: for rural property, the chain of title, the subsurface and the land tenure, environmental and production status; for fundraising and restructuring, the liabilities, the collateral and the capacity to pay; for companies, the valuation and the corporate, accounting, tax and litigation matters. Compliance and reputation are part of every analysis. Conducted in confidence, the assessment guides the execution stage.
Structuring and leading the transaction.
We choose the format that most securely serves the client's thesis: purchase and sale, lease or swap of rural property; CPR, CRA, sale and leaseback and renegotiation of liabilities with banks, funds and creditors, always as the producer's advisors; sale of companies and equity stakes, investor capital or joint ventures. Timelines, conditions and each party's responsibilities are set before signing.
Follow-through to the last obligation.
After signing, we oversee performance of what was agreed: payment and transfer of possession of the property; the amortization schedule and commitments to creditors; the targets and price adjustments set out in the sale of the company. Mechanisms such as escrow, holdback, earn-out, fiduciary liens, letters of credit and offshore structures provide contractual backing for these obligations, including long-term ones.
Land, capital and companies. One method.
Three products that follow the same method of intelligence, execution and consolidation, applied to agribusiness assets.
Our method
What the three pillars share: rigor at every stage.
Thesis and mandate
Every transaction begins with a clear thesis and a formal mandate, with a defined side and confidentiality from the first conversation.
Full due diligence
Review of the asset, company or transaction on legal, land title, environmental, productive, financial and reputational grounds.
Structuring
Choice of the safest format for the thesis, with instruments, guarantees, conditions and timeline.
Closing and follow-through
Signing, registration and monitoring of long-term obligations through completion of the transaction.
Selected assets, presented with discretion.
We work mostly off-market. The full portfolio is shared under a confidentiality agreement.
Agrarian law and real operations. Auditing and farming.
Two partners whose careers are tied to the land: one comes from law and operations; the other from auditing, farming and negotiation.
Land, credit or company: every transaction
starts with a conversation.
We serve Brazilian and foreign investors, funds, family offices, producers, agribusiness groups and business families. Every conversation starts under confidentiality, with the same due diligence rigor we apply to our transactions.
