Land and registry due diligence in large transactions: chain of title, overlaps, disputed areas, ITR (rural land tax), CAR, georeferencing, and long-standing land disputes.

Identify all the risk in an asset before the purchase decision, including overlaps with Indigenous lands, quilombola territories, conservation units, and areas with a history of disputes.
