Grain farmer and former Big Four auditor. He brings together field experience, the financial discipline of international auditing and the commercial leadership of transactions.
Brazilian Cerrado
Founding partner of Tellus Brasil. A grain farmer with active operations in the Brazilian Cerrado, he personally runs the production of soybeans, corn and related crops and deals every day with the cycles, risks and decisions of agribusiness.
Before returning to agribusiness full-time, he was an auditor at one of the Big Four firms, where he worked on audits of major corporate groups, financial due diligence and complex assurance engagements. That experience is the source of the analytical discipline and financial perspective he brings to Tellus Brasil.
He also heads the commercial area: he leads asset origination, investor relations and the negotiation of transactions. He presents Brazilian agribusiness to Brazilian and foreign investors and follows each mandate from first contact to closing.
