Tellus Brasil Intermediação Patrimonial complies with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) in all of its operations. For a firm whose work depends on trust, data protection goes beyond regulatory compliance and is a natural extension of the duty of confidentiality that governs every mandate.

Principles. We process personal data for a specific purpose, limited to what is necessary, with transparency and security. Transaction documents and information circulate in a controlled environment, only among the parties for whom they are strictly necessary.

Data subject rights. You may exercise, at any time, the rights provided for in the LGPD: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and revocation of consent.
